Wait times for help

Their wait time for support is completely unacceptable like if you wanna talk on their discord you can’t cause you need to get the verification which I understand but there wait times can take up to 2-12 hours to get a reply and I been waiting for so long and no reply it’s completely unacceptable all cause I wanna be able to talk on the discord and I can’t

Really?!!. Literally i got a reply for entering discord server. That just 2 minutes for a reply.
