Banned For no reason?

I was banned today I tried to appeal they said I was blacklisted and to not make another account and banned me from the discord I never been banned from this server and when I went on my other account I was never on the server on that account and then they banned that account soon after login in so idk if it was by mistake but I just paid for a rank the other day and that was two weeks of allowance all I did was say hello to a mod on lifesteal then I went to skyblock for a little and got banned for no reason can someone please help me understand
