Server down pls help Thenether

I've been trying and testing with what's wrong using a ai to narrow down possibilities of why I can't join because i kept getting the same error no matter what I did and I thinking external players are hitting a hard Kelp timeout connection wall Thenether1703 please fix what's going on with your end I really want to play

Hello, the website says the server is online but I also cannot connect to it, please try to use a wifi network instead of mobile data, bedrock is kinda glitchy and sometimes I get server related errors when trying to join singleplayer worlds lol, so please try again, if nobody can join, I will restart my server.

Prior to sending the message I had tried using mobile data and wifi normally as well as trying a dns VPN with both non of the four options worked I just finished trying all four again and still nothing what shall I do from here
