Why can’t I join the game?
The reasons why you may not be able to join the server are if you have a bad internet connection or you may have typed the IP and PORT wrong which you can refer to the HOME PAGE
How do I play the server?
The server is vanilla Minecraft so If you know how to play regular Minecraft then you can play the server! but please look into the Commands
Where did My stuff go?
MOST LIKELY STOLEN: Many things could have happened. You made a bad decision not to keep your stuff hidden or you built your base close to spawn which made it easier for someone to steal your valuables. Protect your items so they do not get stolen.
Can an Admin replace my items?
They can, but Admins are NOT RESPONSIBLE for your LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS. Our admins are NOT ALLOWED to give you things from creative mode but they can use their own items in survival mode to give to players and likely Admin would say no. Earn your own item’s.
I can’t break anything?
Go 50 blocks away from spawn (0,65,0). Spawn protection is in place so players are greeted with a friendly-looking location when they join for the first time.
Can’t Join It says “You need to authenticate Microsoft services”
Reboot your Minecraft game again or try joining again. If the problem is not solved then contact Microsoft or something. We can’t help.
How do I get a YouTube Rank?
You must have 500 subscribers on YouTube and have posted a video or have made a Livestream on StormerClub on YouTube! You will also have to contact an administrator to receive this role. Just like supporter rank this role may be removed and this role will not be compensated.
How do I Get a VIP role?
This role is not earned by a task for which there are no requirements. If you get a VIP role it’s because you deserved it!
Banned Items?
If you notice certain items get removed from your inventory it’s for a reason. Some items are banned at spawn and in the entire server. All types of maps Maps are banned in the entire server and lava buckets are banned near spawn.
Why is your server laggy?
Our server is hosted in Buffalo, New York. If you have lag this could be many factors such as your internet, device, ping, etc. Please visit our Performance Issues page for more information about lag.
Can I Have Admin?
The answer is no, the only way you may receive of be considered for administration is if the owner is planning on recruiting members which will be announced. Which Admin’s receive no pay and it’s volunteer work.
