Welcome, citizen. OrderSMP is a free survival server run by the Order: a calm, slightly too organized administration that keeps a record of everything. It counts chickens, inspects dirt houses and approves haircuts. Mostly it watches four factions fight over one world.
The world is split into four quarters, with the Order city in the middle:
• Accord talks first and keeps every deal.
• Crescent wins with money and trade.
• Grove farms, builds and helps its neighbours.
• Bastion builds walls and holds the front line.
Pick your side in the lobby, then go to work.
» Land that really changes hands
There are no land claims. Mine, build, farm and fight in the land next to your faction's and you earn influence there. Every hour the Order counts each region of 64 by 64 blocks. Reach one and a half times the owner's influence and the region turns your colour on the live map. You can help from your first day; no rank needed.
» Ranked PvP and bounties
Win fights to climb from LT5 up to HT1. Beating a player of your rank or higher gives the most points. Much weaker players give little or nothing. Put coins on a rival's head with /bounty.
» A market run by players
Sell with /ah or /sell and post buy orders with /orders. Players set every price. Your trade is on record.
» Mayors and politics
Each faction has one mayor: the first citizen to take the empty seat at the hub. The mayor gives the orders. Deals, wars and betrayals are up to you.
» Also in the world
Spawners you can mine and stack, homes, /tpa and /rtp, local chat with /yell and /global, and proximity voice chat for Java players with the Simple Voice Chat mod.
